FWBHA Accounting Software Transition

NOTICE: In February 2021, the Fort Walton Beach Housing Authority ("FWBHA") transitioned to a new accounting software. Although the transition was successful, there may be a small number of tenant and landlord accounts balances which are not properly stated.

Unfortunately, we did not discover the discrepancies prior to dispatching statements for March. We are working diligently to correct these discrepancies and we apologize for any resulting confusion. If you believe your account statement is incorrect, please contact FWBHA as soon as possible and a correct reconciliation will be provided to you. Thank you for your patience and cooperation while we address any issues related to the transition.
