Our Office is still closed to the public

*Rent is due every month by the 1st

All money orders and checks should be filled out prior to mailing or dropping in the rent drop box. Please make sure it is pay to the order of: FWBHA and include your address. All checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee to your account, and the HA will no longer be able to take personal checks from you. *Please note that FWBHA does not accept partial payments. Rent must be paid in full.


Upcoming Events:

*June 11th and June 25th Lawn Maint. (7:00am-4:00pm) Nothing should be stored outside of your unit that can be in the way of the lawn crew. (remove pools, toys, bikes, etc)

*June 8th thru June 10th (8:00am-5:00pm) The HA will be conducting a Pre-REAC inspection of All units and the property.

*June 30th (7:30am-4:00pm) Pest Control New Pest control company: Knox Pest Control. (Services are every fourth Tuesday of the month)

  • Loading Container: When loading your container, please ensure that your container lid can fully close.  If your trash is unable to fit in the container with the lid fully closed, (you can take it to the dumpster). This will help you avoid additional fees caused by container overflow or spilled trash on the ground.
  • Reduce Odor: To help reduce odor around your waste area, remember to tightly bag your trash before placing it in your container.  This will help to reduce bacteria build up and odor caused by spilled garbage.
  • Keep it clean: Regular cleaning of your container and the waste area surrounding the container will help to keep the waste area clean for easy access, reduce odor and minimize insects.

Remember to pick up after pets and dogs need to be on leashes.

Do Not Park on The Grass! in a tenant's assigned parking spot. Ask them to park in the visitors marked parking spaces.

Public Housing properties are all smoke free and all residents, guests, visitors, service personnel should honor that policy. (Tenants are still smoking in the units) No smoking it means inside of your unit, outside or in the car. You will be charged.

All residents are responsible for the upkeep and housekeeping standards of their home. (Be sure to keep front and back of your unit clean) (Kids pool: empty the water every day and put it away if you not using the pool).
