January Rent
$35 Late Fee will be added FRIDAY 1/10/2020
Payment Must be in drop box before 7:00 a.m. 1/10/2020 to avoid late fee

Final Day to Pay Is THURSDAY 1/16/2020
Must be in drop box before 7:00 a.m. 1/17/2020

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Please be sure to keep front and back of your units clean. No garbage/Recycle bin overflow.
2. De-Clutter the inside of your unit. Do not cover or block the windows.
3. Pest Control will be Monday 1/28/2020. Screen Doors must be unlocked; Pet must be in a secure kennel/carrier.
4. Please Do Not pull down the smoke Detectors, It Is A Safety Issue and you will be Charged A $50.00 FEE.
5. Please bag Garbage before putting it in the bins.
6. Only park in your parking space, all guest must park in the visitor spaces.
7. Pick up after your Pet there is a $50 charge if you don't.
8. Trash day is Monday and Recycle is on Thursday.
9. In consideration of others, residents and their guests should not make any unnecessarily loud or disturbing noises.

Office will be closed
January 1st, 2020 (New Year)

On windy days, please close your clothesline. If clothesline is damaged, you will be charged a fee.

Please do not stop the maintenance men when you see them. Call in all work orders.
